WINNIPEG - A COVID-19 outbreak at a personal care home in rural Manitoba has doubled in size.
There are now 61 cases of the virus linked to Third Crossing Manor in Gladstone.
The province says 32 of those with COVID at the 50 bed facility are residents, while the rest are employees.
10 people have recovered so far and there have been no deaths since the outbreak was declared just over a week ago.
The Southern Health Region says contingency plans are in place to ensure there's sufficient staffing.
