Manitoba Liquor Marts Pull Russian Products

Russian Products Pulled

WINNIPEG - Liquor stores owned by the Manitoba government have pulled two Russian products from their shelves following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The vodka and beer are the only Russian products carried by liquor marts in the province.

The decision comes after calls for Ontario to stop selling vodka from Russia.

Meanwhile, Canada continues to impose sanctions on Russia and Ottawa is matching donations made to the Canadian Red Cross for humanitarian relief in Ukraine.
