WINNIPEG - Manitoba has a new STARS air ambulance.
Interim premier Klevin Goertzen and health minister Audrey Gordon were on hand to welcome the $13 million Airbus H145 chopper.
It's one of 10 that's replacing the fleet of STARS helicopters in Western Canada.
In 2019, the federal budget included $65 million to upgrade the STARS aircraft.
Was great to be at STARS today as they received their new air ambulance helicopter. Thank you @STARSambulance for being there for Manitobans throughout the province. pic.twitter.com/ndLb9qijPO
