WINNIPEG - Some Manitobans will soon be paying less to heat their homes.
The Public Utilities Board says Centra Gas will lower its primary rate on February 1st because of a drop in the market price of natural gas.
The average customer's bill will be cut by about 14 per cent or $121 a year.
The rate will be reviewed again in four months.
People who have signed a fixed-term and fixed-price contract will not be affected.
