WINNIPEG - Forecasters say they next few days will be wet for people in southern Manitoba.
Some areas, like southeastern parts of the province where special weather statements have been issued by Environment Canada, could see 100 millimetres of rain.
This is not good news for Manitobans in flood zones, including the Whiteshell where some cottage owners have been evacuated.
The Manitoba Hydrologic Forecast Centre says lakes in the Whiteshell area could rise another foot over the next couple of weeks.
