WINNIPEG - Manitoba Public Insurance rates are dropping again and policy holders will be getting another rebate cheque.
The Public Utilities Board has approved a $312 million rebate, while also giving the green light to 1.57 per cent decrease in rates.
MPI rates have dropped three years in a row now.
Crown services minister Jeff Wharton says rebate cheques will be in the mail in early February.
