Jets Game Will Have Fans

WINNIPEG - Game one of the North Division final tonight at Bell MTS Place will have fans in the stands.

Up to 500 fully vaccinated health care workers will be in the rink as the Winnipeg Jets take on the Montreal Canadiens.

True North Sports and Entertainment says the crowd will be chosen through a lottery by noon today.

Masks must be worn throughout the game and no concessions will be open.

Premier Brian Pallister says he's not worried about COVID-19 being spread during the game, even though a gathering like this is banned under current public health orders.
