WINNIPEG - Not everyone likes it but Premier Brian Pallister has announced help for Manitoba businesses. The province will spend four million dollars with a local call centre so it can help business owners apply for federal aide to get them through this CoVid-19 pandemic. Critics say Pallister should just give the money directly to the people in need like they did in Saskatchewan.
