WINNIPEG - Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for much of Southern Manitoba, including the city of Winnipeg.
Hot temperatures are in the forecast for tomorrow and they're expected to last into the weekend.
A ridge of high pressure will bring with it daytime highs in the low to mid 30's.
Although the hottest air is expected to move off by Saturday, temps will remain above normal into next week.
This warning may be expanded as the hot air moves eastward.
