Heat & Smoke Continue

WINNIPEG - Environment Canada has issued heat warnings for the bottom half of Manitoba.

Daytime highs on the weekend will climb into the mid 30s.

Temperatures are expected to ease a bit at the start of next week but it will still be in the low 30s.

Poor air quality and reduced visibility will also be an issue because of smoke from wildfires in this province and northwestern Ontario.
