WINNIPEG - This year's flood risk in the province continues to be very low.
In fact, the opposite is true, as farmers worry about drought conditions.
Infrastructure minister Ron Schuler says the spring runoff is basically done in southern and central Manitoba and the Floodway won't be needed.
The Red River has peaked well within its banks between Winnipeg and Emerson.
The same in expected with the Assiniboine River.
