Emergency Extended Again

Emergency Extended Again

WINNIPEG - The province has extended the COVID-19 state of emergency for another 30 days.

It was first declared last March 20th under the Emergency Measures Act.

At almost a year, it's the longest state of emergency in Manitoba's history.

The state of emergency allows the government to take quick action if needed to protect Manitobans and slow the spread of coronavirus.
