WINNIPEG - Manitoba is spending $2.8 million to get more indigenous people in urban areas vaccinated against COVID-19.

Most of the money will go to expand clinics in Winnipeg, Brandon, Portage la Prairie and Thompson which have already inoculated 58,000 people.

The rest of the cash will be used for a mobile immunization clinic to serve central areas of Winnipeg.
