That's the message Shared Health in Manitoba has been sending to its employees ahead of today's deadline.
People who work directly with vulnerable people must now show proof of vaccination, a negative COVID-19 test or go on unpaid leave.
At least two personal care homes in the Southern Health Region where vaccine uptake is low have asked families to help care for their loved ones because they might be short-staffed.
