COVID Self-Isolation To End

COVID Self-Isolation To End

WINNIPEG - The province has announced more changes to how Manitoba deals with COVID-19.

Health officials say they are shifting from a pandemic response to an endemic response.

Dr. Jazz Atwal, the deputy chief provincial public health officer, says if the COVID numbers continue to improve, the requirement to self-isolate after testing positive will become a recommendation instead of an order on March 15th.

Atwal says they also plan to end COVID case investigations on the 15th.

People can still access testing and should stay home when not feeling well.
