WINNIPEG - The province's has increased the sentence of a convicted child sex predator.
Patrick Sinclair was given five years in prison after pleading guilty in 2020 to internet luring, extortion and making child pornography. He targeted a dozen kids in Canada and the US over a five year period.
The Manitoba Court of Appeal rejected his appeal and added three years to his time behind bars.
Sinclair was argued that his moral culpability was affected by intellectual disabilities.
