WINNIPEG - Officials are apologizing for sending bills to people who sought medical attention after getting a dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
86 year old Tom Denton says he felt a bit woozy after getting the shot at the RBC Convention Centre Supersite so he had his blood pressure checked by a uniformed paramedic.
He later got a bill for $228 but the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service says the bills were sent out in error.
