Sarah Guillemard, minister of advanced education and training, says she will not run again for health reasons.
She was first elected in 2016 in Winnipeg’s Fort Richmond riding.
Over one-third of Progressive Conservatives caucus members have either quit in the last two years or decided not to seek re-election.
