WINNIPEG - 97 warnings and 60 tickets were issued in the province last week by COVID-19 enforcement officers.
50 of the tickets went to individuals for various offences and come with a fine of $1,296.
47 of the 50 tickets were linked to gatherings at private residences and outdoors.
Manitoba Justice continues to investigate all large gatherings they are made aware of. An additional 32 tickets for $1,296 have been issued in relation to rallies.
Since enforcement efforts began last April, a total of 1,354 tickets have been handed out, resulting in over $1.8 million in fines to businesses and people.
