WINNIPEG - The province is reporting four new deaths today from COVID-19, two of them in Winnipeg and three from the B117 variant.
There are 363 new cases of the virus today, including 263 in Winnipeg.
Cases of variants of concern total 3,003 in Manitoba, with 1,025 of them active. 16 people have been killed by the variants.
2,732 cases are active, 36,724 people have recovered, for a total of 40,442 cases so far.
185 people are in hospital, including 52 in intensive care.
The five day test positivity rate in the province is 9.1 per cent. Winnipeg's rate is 10.4. 3,947 tests were done in the last 24 hours for a total of 681,038 since the pandemic began.
The death toll now sits at 986.
