2 Deaths, 51 Cases

WINNIPEG - The province is reporting two deaths today from COVID-19, both of them in Winnipeg.

There are 51 new cases of the virus, including 22 in Winnipeg and 26 in the north.

1,143 cases are active, 30,005 people have recovered, for a total of 32,051 cases so far.

181 Manitobans are in hospital right now, 24 of them in the ICU.

The five day test positivity rate in the province is 3.2 per cent. Winnipeg's rate is 2.6. 2,227 tests were done in the last 24 hours for a total of 531,949 since the pandemic began.

The death toll now sits at 903.
