WINNIPEG - Manitoba is nearing the first vaccination target in its reopening plan.
71 per cent of Manitobans have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, while 24 per cent have been given their second dose.
The province promised restrictions would be loosened when those numbers hit 70 and 25.
In just the last few days, Alberta and Saskatchewan have announced dates when all remaining COVID restrictions will be lifted. Both provinces have similar first and second dose numbers to us here in Manitoba.
