WINNIPEG - The province is reporting one death today from COVID-19, a man in his 60's in Winnipeg.
There are 55 new cases of the virus, including 27 in Winnipeg and 13 in the north.
There are 123 confirmed cases of variants of concern.
1,179 cases are active, 31,809 people have recovered, for a total of 33,922 cases so far.
140 Manitobans are in hospital right now, 27 of them in the ICU.
The five day test positivity rate in the province is 3.9 per cent. Winnipeg's rate is 3.1. 1,923 tests were done in the last 24 hours for a total of 577,571 since the pandemic began.
The death toll now sits at 934.
