WINNIPEG - The Santa Barbara County Fire Department says people at Hope Ranch Beach in California called 911 recently to report a woman hanging from the side of a cliff without proper climbing gear.
Firefighters arrived with all the gear they would need to complete a rescue but quickly discovered the woman was actually a mannequin from a movie shoot days earlier.
