WINNIPEG - The California Highway Patrol recently posted this photo on Instagram after pulling over a car for having a satellite dish mounted on the hood.
The dish was right in front of the windshield on the Toyota Prius.
The driver told officers the dish only impedes their view when turning right.
No word whether a ticket was issued or just a warning.
