WINNIPEG - A woman's new headshot for her job has gone viral after she posted it on Linkedin.
Jessica Leonard says she got a pleasant surprise when it was time to take the photos and her boss gave her the okay to display her sleeve tattoos in one of them.
The headshot includes two photos of Leonard, one with a blazer on and one without so her tatts were on full display.
The pic has sparked a conversation about tattoos in the workplace.
